CRUMB 0103 – PEACE AND SECURITY! REALLY?

PEACE AND SECURITY?

“Peace and Security how sweet the sound!” And yet it is the greatest deceptive sound being echoed in our time like never before.

Under this world banner of peace and security lies a great dark and sinister agenda.

This sinister agenda is well under way, firing on all cylinders and will soon come to total fruition.

And when it does, all hell is going to break loose like never envisioned or imagined before.

And only the deluded will fall for this sinister trap.

“BUT OF the times and the seasons, brethren” said Paul the apostle in [1 Thessalonians 5:1-3], writing to the believers in Thessalonica.

“For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night”.

This was regarding the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Church, the rapture, and not the second advent.

For this rapture sets off the final seven years of the remaining Biblical prophecy in God’s dealing with nation of Israel.

And of course, the rest of the world suffers too in the worst ever tribulation.

So Paul says, and he speaks to us too:

“Ye have no need that I write unto you”, he continues.

“For when they (the left behind) shall say, ‘Peace and safety’ (security)…….;

Is not this the language we are seeing and hearing being promoted today like never before?

“Then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”

Stop And Think

Take a look at the picture above and just stop and think for a few moments.

The U.N. installed this statue in front their headquarters in New York just a few days ago as a symbol of ‘peace and security’.

Can this statue really be a true representation of ‘peace and security’?

When we think of peace and security in our minds, we would normally picture something totally different.

It would be a picture of something that’s free from lawlessness and fear.

Something serene, pleasing and comforting to the eyes.

But the picture above?

Would that give a child ‘sweet dreams’ at night if it was the last thing they saw before bed time? Not likely at all!

What we have above is a statue representing abject nastiness.

It is a freak looking beast with a ‘fang bearing’ and ‘snarling aggression’ look, mounted with wings.

That’s more likely, and rightfully so, a symbol of forceful oppression, suppression and dark demonic dominance.

It is a symbol of total Satanic influence!

The ‘big question’ is, do we see it? Or do we choose not to see it?

For the deluded will choose not to see it.

The Tip Of The Iceberg

What is going on in Europe right now is but the tip of the iceberg.

It’s sobering and frightening.

In Germany, unvaccinated children are made to stand in front of their class and explain why they haven’t gotten the jab.

Some stores are hanging signs telling the unvaccinated to stay away.

And police violently abuse and even arrest those who protest the government’s COVID-19 regulations.

Across Europe, many thousands detest the undemocratic behaviour of their leaders.

There are regular large protests across the Continent which are barely reported.

But still, the majority of Europeans remain silent and submissive.

We are all familiar with the maxim, “A picture is worth a thousand words.”

Take a look at the image above again!

It doesn’t merely tell the story of despotic governments in pursuit of unchecked power.

It tells the story of populaces becoming unnervingly comfortable with dictatorial leadership.

The world at large is being conditioned for a ‘strongman’ .

And the current Covid-19 with its variants seems to be just the perfect launching pad.

The coronavirus is hastening the arrival of that ‘strongman’, which can reasonably well be predicted to be around the corner.

And it’s all happening under the banner of ‘peace and security’.

Paul the apostle tells us about this ‘strongman’ in [2 Thessalonians 2:1-12].

He tells us how he’ll be coming, “after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders”.

This will bring about a delusion that will be the pinnacle of all delusions!

And the ‘only way’ we can be protected from this is by believing Paul’s Gospel as revealed only to him.

No rites, rituals or religion now! Simply a heartfelt belief.

A Conspiracy Theory? Really?

What is coming in the days ahead is no ‘conspiracy theory’, a term that has popularly grown over the years.

Just about everyone is using it these days.

I just read an article recently written by a young Indian journalist for “Get India News”.

He was basically rubbishing the apocalyptic prophetic utterances of Biblical revelation as a conspiracy theory.

Although ‘apocalyptic’ is not a Biblical word, we’ll settle for it for the moment.

For what it really means is “end time prophecy” and that is totally Biblical.

This young journalist wrote that this was not the first time this kind of beastly winged statue was inaugurated.

That there have been several others in times past across the world, “so what’s the ‘big fuss’ about with these Christians?”

This is his point in ‘so many words’.

For many Christians see this as a Scriptural representation of [Daniel 7:4a], [Revelation 13:2] and [Revelation 13:7].

Now the young journalist is right in the fact that there have been several other similar representations in the past.

But what he ‘does not know’ is that the ‘end times’ is that period between Christ’s first and second advent.

And this time period has now been going on for two thousand years.

So, several such inaugurated beastly winged representations in times past, though unknown to the world, are consistent with Biblical ‘end-times’.

However, the Bible prophetically uses another term which has been just glossed at and skimmed over.

And that term is…………

The “Time Of The End

There is a big difference between “end times” and “time of the end”.

We have seen what “end times” is, which is that time period between Jesus Christ’s first and second advent.

But the “time of the end” is simply that last and final phase of the “end times”.

Daniel the prophet uses this term “time of the end” on no less than four occasions.

And in one of them Scripture prophetically and categorically states that this time is ‘appointed’ in [Daniel 11:35].

And some of them of understanding shall fall, ………… even to the ‘time of the end’: because it is yet for a time appointed.

That means it ‘will happen’.

We are careful not to get into any kind of date setting, for that is totally uncalled for.

For if the LORD is coming like a “thief in the night”, then there is no ‘time announcement’. That only makes sense!

It’s in and out in a flash!

But here is the thing, we are definitely two thousand years into it and a whole lot closer than we think.

Bible Authenticity Validated

Biblical prophecy written by inspiration of the Holy Spirit validates the absolute authenticity of the Bible.

For every single prophecy Divinely Authored regarding Christ’s first advent, has been fulfilled to every “jot and tittle”.

And that’s what sets the ‘The Bible’ far apart from any other religious book on the planet.

It is the ‘ONLY’ available Truth!

The first ever prophecy came by the way of [Genesis 3:15] after the fall of man, where God said:

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed……. “

Speaking of the finished work of Christ on the cross of Calvary for the redemption of mankind, it closes by saying:

“It shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel”.

From this point on, especially after the calling out of Abraham, every single prophecy till Christ’s first advent has been perfectly fulfilled.

Stephen vividly and graphically describes it so in [Acts 7].

Take a look at it for yourselves.

Just Seven Years Remain

There are just seven years of Biblical prophecy remaining to be fulfilled according to God’s prophetic timeline.

How do we get this?

Daniel the prophet spoke of a time period of four hundred and ninety years in [Daniel 9:24].

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people (the nation of Israel)…………”

With each week representing seven years, that makes it a sum total of four hundred and ninety years.

This began with the rebuilding of the destroyed Jerusalem walls mandated by God to Nehemiah [Nehemiah 2:1- 6:15].

Many scholars ascribe that to Ezra who built the temple of Jerusalem mandated to him.

But in those days a temple/city without walls was always an open target to the enemy.

So the building of the city/temple started with the city walls first through Nehemiah.

Scripture confirms that in [Daniel 9:25], ……..the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.”

Nehemiah did that and not Ezra.

Know And Understand

In the beginning of the verse [Daniel 9:25], Daniel prophesies, Know therefore and understand………..”

This tells us that God wants us to know what He’s saying:

“That from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince……..

‘The Messiah the Prince’ speaks of Jesus Christ.

….“shall be seven weeks and threescore and two weeks:”

That is a total of 69 weeks, one score being twenty weeks.

7+60+2=69.

And so now here we have a total of 483 years, remembering that a week consists of seven years.

Now watch the next verse [Daniel 9:26]!

“And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off………..”

That is, after 483 years, the Messiah shall be ‘cut off’.

When was the promised Messiah Jesus Christ, to Israel ‘cut off’?

When they rejected and crucified Him on that gruesome Roman cross in 29 AD.

So that now leaves just another ‘seven years’ for that timeline of 490 years  to be fulfilled, before the curtains close down on history’s stage.

So why are we showing you this?

These Biblical ‘time frame’ accounts above show us just how perfectly accurate and authentic the Bible is.

And everything we see going on around today is perfectly in line with God’s purpose and agenda.

Not a thing is out of place!

Like we mentioned earlier, there is nothing like it on the entire planet.

Two Thousand Years Gone By

So where then do these ‘gone by’ two thousand years since Christ’s first advent fit in?

After all, that’s way beyond the prophesied 490 years.

And we have seen that Christ Jesus was crucified after 483 years.

Biblical prophecy for the most part is only for the nation of Israel.

Everything revolves around Israel in God’s eternal plans and purposes.

But since Israel rejected Christ Jesus as their foretold Messiah, Israel’s prophetic timeline temporarily stopped.

That is why says, Paul says in [Romans 11:1]:

I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid”.

God Will Pick Up Where He Left Off

In the days ahead, God will surely pick up where HE left off with the nation of Israel.

But in the meantime………..

God kicked in with His “hidden mystery agenda” as He ushered in the ‘Age of Grace’ through the apostle Paul.

This ‘Age of Grace’ has an indefinite time frame.

It’s this mystery age that has now been going on for the last two thousand years.

Paul the apostle tells us in [Romans 16:25]:

Now to Him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ……..”

This is the Gospel that Paul is referring to, the good news of our salvation, the moment we believe it.

God did not just have the Jews in mind. He had you and me along with the rest of the world Personally in His Heart and Mind.

All this was in accordance with His “determinate counsel and foreknowledge” [Acts 2:23].

Paul continues in [Romans 16:25] that this was:

“According to the revelation of the mystery (which only Paul received), which was kept secret since the world began”.

Paul the apostle speaks about this in [Galatians 1:11-12].

And here is where we need to differentiate between ‘prophecy’ and ‘mystery’.

‘Only Israel’ is the object of prophecy and not the Church.

The Church, the Body of Christ, has always been insulated from prophecy, and is rather the object of the ‘mystery’.

There is no confusion in this!

Seven Years of Untold Tribulation

The final seven years of prophecy remaining to be fulfilled will be one of untold tribulation and suffering.

This will be the ‘hell’ that will break loose as mentioned in the first paragraph.

Though directed to the nation of Israel, it will affect the entire globe and there will be but a handful of survivors.

Jesus Christ during His earthly tenure graphically warned and spoke of this in no uncertain terms in [Matthew 24].

Referring to those final seven years, here is a part of what HE said in [Matthew 24:21]:

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be”.

This is an undisputed fact of Scripture and there’s no getting away from it.

But here is the thing; God has made the way for every single person to be saved and spared from it.

And that is by simply believing the Gospel of our salvation as found in [1 Corinthians 15:1-4], how that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried and was resurrected to life.

Only this guarantees us an eternal destiny in Heaven.

Anything and everything else, guarantees an eternal doom.

And this is more that just a healthy warning!

Christ’s Peace And Security

Let’s have a look at the peace and security that Christ Jesus offers us right out of Scripture in [John 14:27].

Though He was speaking to His disciples then, it is totally apropos for us today.

“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you”.

And then He says, “not as the world giveth, give I unto you”.

The world can never offer us any genuine, legitimate and worthwhile peace.

Oh! it will talk of ‘peace and security’, but it’s a false one with a sinister motive.

Scripture has warned us!

Paul tells us in [Romans 5:1-5] that when we believe the Gospel, we have ‘peace’ with God through Christ Jesus.

And we get to stand in this Grace by faith and “rejoice in the hope of the Glory of God”.

Now this hope does not make us ashamed because it is an infallible “Living Hope”.

And that is true ‘security’, which Scripture calls ‘assurance’.

Because of the cross, it is only ‘in Christ Jesus’ that we have real “peace and security’.

Keep in mind these words as they shower down from heaven.

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” [John 14:27]

About Joshua David Mukerji

A life filled with depravity, a conscience hardened and seared as with a hot iron, with eyes filled with tears on a road leading to nowhere, with an amputated spirit, devoid of any meaningful hope or purpose, moving on like a ship on a tumultuous sea without a sail, the author, from out of nowhere, has an encounter with a Living God that would radically change his life. With an infallible Hope imputed into his spirit, he moves on. Not claiming to have got there yet, but one thing he does: forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, he presses on with this Hope that will never fail. If you feel you somehow or in some way connect with any part of this, stick around. There are messages of True and Living Hope coming your way. You ‘will’ get there yet!!!
