#2 of #3 “Not Some But All”
Continued from Crumb 0042
“The Gospel of Grace is the only answer for many of us who have lived and are living a life of depravity”.
This wonderful Gospel is our unfailing lifeline and the eternal breath of fresh air for all those of us who are struggling with “steeped so deep sin” that is a part of us,
With no strings attached, it is freely and unconditionally available to embrace, lay hold of and not let go.
Our conscience have become so hardened and seared as with a hot iron, we just don’t feel it any more.
And yet there are moments, which come in periodically, when we do reflect. And these moments bother us.
They do actually prick that hardened and seared conscience of ours. And the truth is that we fight hard to resist them when they come.
The fact is they are heart breaking and there is nothing we can seem to do about it.
We then look to resort to anything at that moment which would relieve us of these pricks.
Feeling and believing that we have chosen a pathway to hell, we cannot walk away from it even if we want to.
So we live for today and make the most of that life of ours.
We want to you tell that there is this “LIVING HOPE” that is closer to you than the air you are breathing.
His Name is JESUS CHRIST and you don’t have to throw in the towel. HE is our “Blessed Hope”.
About The Author
As the author of this article, I can testify to that. It is so hard on our own.
Our greatest need is the knowledge of the Gospel to break that bondage we’re in.
We actually don’t even know that we need it, but we do unknowingly desperately need it.
This Gospel has the power to both save and regenerate.
All we have to do is believe and trust and embrace it by faith + nothing else.
God will and does do the rest.
Someone Appointed By God Has To Spell It Out
Somebody has to prayerfully spell the truth of the Gospel out to us.
Someone whom God puts in our path directly or indirectly. Someone, who truly has a burdened heart for the Gospel.
That’s how it was with me as I made my journey to the cross.
God put someone in my path to spell it out and I have never looked back since.
God has faithfully kept me out of my old lifestyle. HE knows how to both get you out and keep you out. He does His part faithfully, I can assure you.
“FAITHFUL” is a Name for Christ Jesus found in [Revelation 19:11].
Here Is What The Scriptures Has To Say About It
“Whosoever shall call upon the Name of the LORD shall be saved”, says Paul in [Romans 10:13].
But he does not stop there. He continues on [Romans 10:14-15]:
“How then shall they call on Him in Whom they have not believed?”
He then asks, “and how shall they believe in Him of Whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”
The message of the Gospel is good news indeed. In fact it’s “great news”
Was there a time when someone shared or at least tried to share this Gospel with you?
If there hasn’t been so for you yet, then it’s happening right now if you are reading this.
Because that is how God looks to reach out to us and draw us.
We All Need To Hear The Gospel At Least Once
And that we all will, for the Bible does tell us that any day we will stand before God in judgment “without excuse” [Romans 1:20].
For it is by this Gospel that “ALL” will be judged. Paul categorically tells us, “In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel” [Romans 2:16].
We will NOT be judged because of our sins for that was “paid in full” by Christ Jesus on the cross.
Did we believe and embrace by faith or did we not believe and reject by choice.
For after its all been said and done, that’s what it will all come down to.
